Project Description

Situation: Mary Ann and her husband Steve had recently acquired SERVEPRO® of Cape Coral. The network was still running a 2003 server with a home grade switch and firewall, and even Windows XP workstations.

Solution: We worked within Mary Ann and Steve’s budget to provide a new server as still required for line of business applications. Email and office applications were migrated to Office 365. New desktops were installed and a modern firewall was added for protection. After the initial few weeks following the complete infrastructure change, support needs decreased approximately 40 percent.
